Assuming we are limiting ourselves to a photo taken this year on tour, I chose this one from a hike I did from the Many Glacier campground in Glacier National Park on a rest day.

This was hard to do as I also rode up the Icefields Parkway, where the vistas are also incredible.
I am working on the journal for that tour. Previously, I posted a link to selected photos from the 4 week tour from Missoula, MT to Jasper, AB.

Somewhere this side of Wichita Falls, TX. July, 2011. The thermometer on my bike computer read 129°F.
Then this happened.

10 Wheels wins so far 'cause he got the bicycle in it, and it's in BB. A real western movie set is not far off.
Of course they're all spectacular.

I'm gonna cheat and post two photos from the New River Trail, which we rode on during Bike Virginia several years ago. It's one of my favorites rides.

Riding along the Little Miami Scenic Trail on the east side of the greater Cincinnati area this past Saturday. It's nothing fancy, but I haven't done many tours yet.

This is the outset of a trip. My wife and kids met me at a restaurant for breakfast, as I was riding out of town. My daughter was telling me goodbye when my wife took this picture.

Early morning, Eastern Ohio, on the Northern Tier in 2010. (I'm embarrassed to admit that I've posted the same photo previously in a similar thread.)

Don't know if it's the best, but it's one of my favorites from a 10-day tour in Montana back in 2011. Somewhere between Twin Bridges and the start of the climb up to Pipestone Pass on the way to Butte.
