MegaBus to Tour

So megabus has expanded routes served from my city so I'm considering taking it to Buffalo or Burlington and then riding to Toronto or Montreal. Has anyone taken a bike aboard Megabus? Of taken the bus to the area you want to tour?

This states explicitly: "Bicycles are not permitted on megabus motorcoaches"

Yep, but not on a megabus.
