My 23" Cannondale w/37 mm tires has a stand-over of 33.5". I'm 6' and 21" and 23" frames are possibly the most common.

not sure if this will help you.

i'm 6-2, wear 32W/34L jeans.
my mtb tourer is a 23" frame.
top tube 32" at seat-tube, 33-1/2" at head-tube.

my road bike tourer had a 64cm frame with 700c wheels.
not as much stand-over clearance, but never a problem.

not sure it really matters, though.
if the bike fits you, if it's comfortable, should be fine.

Only if your inseam is less than 34". I'm also 6' and my 58 cm frame with low profile 35 mm tires has a standover height of 32.75". I have a 34" inseam, long legs with a short torso.

I suspect the 34" stand over height is on a 62 cm frame.

Few would consider stand over height as a particularly useful dimension for sizing a bike. What are you trying to achieve?

+1.

OP: Your post gives minimal information, but if you are talking about the 60 cm LHT (34.1" stand over height), I have one and I am 6'2" with a relatively short inseam. 34" pants push the limit for me. The stand over clearance is close but acceptable. From that perspective, I could ride a 58 cm, but I like the fit of the 60 cm "up top" because a lot of my height comes from the groin up.
