The little rack is sold under the Nashbar and Sunlite brands and price is about $13 or sometimes even lower. I own several of these racks on different bikes and they have held up well. I typically do not put more than a few pounds on them though. I definitely wouldn't try to hang panniers on them. If you need panniers and a platform, the little rack can be used with a low rider rack.

I Contacted the local Frame maker-bike shop, there they whipped something out in a couple days , and I Mounted it , shuffled my small Camera Bag onto It

Then Boarded the ferry across the North Sea To Norway,, that was 23 years ago .. British regional frame builders selling to their neighbors in their Shops,

has been replaced by reselling the international brands made in Asia, and the ferries to Scandinavia from UK are all shut down.
