Track wheels for junior rider

Hey all...I"m looking for some advice on some track wheels for my daughter. I'm building up a new bike for her and I already have a set of training wheels for riding during practice, but I"d like to get a set a tubular carbon race wheels. Any recommendations? I saw a pair Vortex online. Any feedback?
