unknown track frame any help?

So, I have this track frame and I would like to know more about it. It came to me with loads and loads of black paint on it. I have begun striping it as you can see. There is a serial number on the bottom bracket; “MB20 17612”. It has Brev.Campagnolo ends and an English thread bottom bracket. There is an inch and ¼ between the holes for a head badge. Basicaly, I am asking you to messure your badges.

That is a joke.

I picked it up at t-town and I am just getting around to it. I am thinking American or British.

Here are the pics

I think I was there when you bought that frame. It was at the fall flea market, right? I checked it out, too, and I likewise couldn't figure out the make. Although this thread does belong in the current forum, you might have more luck in the Single Speed/Fixed Gear forum since it gets a lot more traffic than Track Cycling.
