specialized tri spoke rim help

ok, im a copmplete newb at tubular tires....

i just got a specialized tri spoke wheel and im not sure what size tire will fit on the rim its a 700c, specifically, the wheel comes with a conti olympic 700x19 size tube, does this mean that the rim will only accept a tube of this width? or can i mount a 700x20-23 tire

thanks

you can mount any width tubular as long as it's 700c and as long as you have enough clearance.

recently i mounted a 23mm tyre on the rear of my bike to find i have about -0.5mm clearance. oh how i laughed. lesson learnt: the biggest i can mount is about 21mm.
