Jesus six jours, did you crap the bed the day you wrote this or something? There's a difference between having a glance and looking around not concentrating or watching where you are going. Plus a Gary Neiwand or Dean Woods would get away with more than a B grader or schoolboy. Perhaps I should have been clearer.

My point is that we should we should be teaching riders to have the skills of a Neiwand or a Woods rather than just saying "We can't expect them to be any good so let's just forbid them from doing anything."

(like Dubb said) in a race it's their job to come around you. If this kid wanted to win he should have used his head, and mouth more effectively.
