Race Program: Saturday, April 24, 2004
• Registration opens @ 10:00 am, Closes at 11:30 AM
• First Race @ 12:10 PM, after Rededication Ceremony
Saturday Elite Men & Women racing open to USCF Category 1 and 2/ UCI Elite riders/ only (except Junior and Messenger events)
Prize Money Breakdown
$1,000.00 Men Keirin, 6 Places
$500.00 Women Keirin, 5 Places
$500.00 Men Omnium 5 Places
$250.00 Women Omnium 5 Places
Marty Nothstein Junior Olympic Series Races (medals awarded):
Pee Wees
Ages 10-14 Gear Limit: 21'3" Rollout
Ages 15-16 Gear Limit: 21'9" Rollout
Ages 17+ Gear Limit: Unrestricted
Saturday Races:
Elite Men: Keirin, Miss & Out, Chariot races, 10 Mile Scratch race
Elite Women Keirin, Miss & Out, Chariot, 5 Mile Scratch Race
Entry Fee: $20.00 (Includes $2 USCF insurance surcharge). No pre entry
Events besides the Keirin will be scored 7, 5, 3, 2, 1 for omnium points
Miss & out will be used as Omnium Tie Breaker event after all other tie breakers are exhausted per USCF rule 2O1
Entry Fee $5, (Includes $2 USCF insurance surcharge).
No pre entry (Riders without USCF license will be required to purchase a one-day license for $5
Messengers: Entry Fee $5 (Includes $2 USCF insurance surcharge). No pre entry
(Riders without USCF license will be required to purchase a one-day license for $5)

Record Setting Day As a result of the reconstruction of the track, and its remeasurement at 400 Meters, All track records are void. New records must be set.
• Registration opens @ 10:00 am, Closes 30 Minutes prior to each event
• First Race @ 12:00 PM, after Rededication Ceremony
Entry fee $10 per event, includes $2 USCF insurance surcharge.
Open to All USCF/UCI licensed riders. No one-day licenses permitted.

is anyone planning on going to this? i'm thinking about it. i'd really like to see a keirin race. by chance is anyone going from philly that wouldn't mind a person tagging along? i'm good for gas and tolls and whatnot.
