forks and wheels for a new build

Hello guys,
I'm looking for some suggestions as to what parts I should put on my lovely new CSK track frame. The frame was quite cheap, and is very nice, but it takes a 1" fork. There aren't all that many options out there, even though I need a 43mm rake, which is relatively common. Is there a good budget option other than the Forte fork? I have been trying to find an aluminium fork, but they seem to be very rare atm. Should I just put up the money for an Alpha Q?

Also, in terms of wheels, I'm trying to decide between Miche hubs on light tub rims or buying Gipiemme 40mm deep aero wheels. I guess I'm thinking that shooting for light weight will be cheaper than shooting for aero.

I'd love to hear your thoughts, especially on the fork. This will be my first track bike, but I have raced on the track on borrowed bikes quite a few times, and I know I like it.
