Good source for used track frames? (Seattle)

Not sure if this should go in fixed gear or the track forum, thought it might fit better in here. I have recently had a growing interest in fixed gear bikes, as recomended by a few fellow board members I got a super cheapo $50 beater to "test the fixed gear waters" aubviusly I loved it and I am lookin to get a new bike, I want to find something with more track geometry and track ends, it will be used for road riding for awhile and then I hope to cross over into velo racing over at the marymoor park velodrome here in Seattle.

All that to say, is there any places online or local that one can go look for used track frames? Should I just scour the want ads/craigs list/LBS for decent frames? I was half thinking about building up a soma but I have a feeling it would make a great street bike, but in a few months probably not a track bike. So i was hoping to get an actual "track frame" not really intersted in a Pista as I am not positive I can handle the chrome at this point in my life...

anyway, any tips thoughts or suggestions would be greatly apreciated, thanks in advance

I’m also a fixed gear beginner in the Seattle area.
Unfortunately, it's the end of the velodrome season or I would recommend that you go to the Marymoor Velodrome, marymoorvelodrome.org and take the class.
You still might get a little mentoring from someone at the site such as "Harley". The velodrome is a lot of fun and the whole scene is friendly and low key although fiercely competitive.
But, fortunately since it is the end of the track season there will be some great buys on track gear as people either sell their old stuff or just "give up" the track. Check ebay or our local sites such as cascade.org

The Soma Rush works fine at the velodrome (in my very limited experience) AND on the street...if you want a bike for both it is a good choice. If you do end up track racing the bike doesn't matter much anyway at the beginer levels...it might make a small difference at the highest levels.
