i stopped by my lbs and they said $750 + shipping/tax back in the day. and anything around 900 is a pretty good deal.
they have one in the store for $1100+ tax
I saw one here in the local ads for $950 so I think I will jump on that. it includes the carbon fork and frame, built up once but not a single scratch on it. do yall think that is an okay deal?

You want us to say yes, but it's not a good deal. It's highly overpriced.
Do you intend to race? If so, there are much better values out there.

If you want everyone to say yes, and you're convinced you want one, then pay whatever you're willing to pay for one.

You didn't say what size you needed, but here's 53cm on Craigslist for $650. https://sfbay.craigslist.org/sfc/bik/2211807556.html

Or, if you need a 57cm, and don't mind used, for $50 more, you can get this:

The frame's not "damaged", it's battle-worn and bad-ass
Anyway, I raced on it for the better part of season this way with no catastrophic failures, apart from my race results
