used frames nyc/brooklyn
i need a new track frame, preferably used and lugged. looking to spend between 200-300 dollars. i have all winter to look, and if i don't find anything then i'll just pony up for the de bernardi. ebay is too expensive, too many people. i'm looking for local sources, if anyone has any suggestions...

I have a brand new, still in the box, 51 cm De Bernardi Thron Track Frame (red) that I'm looking to sell. I just found another used frame, so I don't need the DB anymore. I will give it to you for $470. Let me know!
