Are you planning on racing on a velodrome with it?

Which track and what issues are you having with your current bike? And what is it?

One of the tracks in California, I currently don't live near one but I'm planning a trip with some guys to go and see how it is. I have no real issues with my current frame except that it's dropout bolts don't sit properly within the bike, I have a visp.

If you dont have any issues with the bike, why are you looking to buy a different frame? Are there other upgrades you could make to have your bike more track friendly for when you make your trips? Wheels, bars, pedals, and shoes are usually the first places to look.

I think he's saying that he has a quality control issue with his visp in that his wheel doesn't line up right.

Yea the wheel doesn't sit as good as I would want it to. But there is no real reason that I want to replace it, I'm just looking for something nicer and possibly lighter.

If you're not in a big hurry, all the tracks in SoCal have rental bikes if you don't want to worry about riding your existing frame on the track, especially if it's going to be an infrequent thing and you're ok with riding your current frame on the street.
