elbow pad anyone?
I recently fell off of my bike during commuting and broke the bone near the elbow joint. i now have a titanium plate and few screws to hold them in place. I figured I need to protect the injured joint until fully repaired/recovered(?). I'm planning to ride as soon as i get some strength on my left arm. Any suggestions?
