UCI Offers Travel Agent Service

The UCI offers cycling holiday packages. I wonder how many ways they find to totally foul it up.
-I guess one can expect to wake at 3am to gendarmerie banging on the door, demanding a urine sample.

Maybe it isn't run by UCI and it's just a vendor that UCI approves of. But the vendor slaps UCI logos all over the place.
