Jeffrey Hoogland(NED) is seen reflected in Quentin Lafargue's(FRA) visor, during the run off for bronze in the Men's Sprint final;
Gregory Bauge celebrating his 5th gold in Men's Sprints;
Kevin Sireau getting a kiss from one of Gregory Bauge's crew. Also in the shot are Quentin Lafargue & Francois Pervis. We stayed in our section where all the friends and family of the French team moved to after the races, so when the staff kicked out all the spectators, we were buffered by all of them and stayed late;

Thanks a lot. I got seats in the best section, and arrived early to secure the best spot. I got the shots I set out to get; visor reflection on the start line, passing/blurry background, etc. But got some other shots too; visor reflection as the sprint riders pass, celebratory shots, etc. It was a great experience.

Great pics - what camera are you using - my attempts with a point and shoot are disappointing and I need to buy a better camera.

I've always said that a $100 lens mated with a $1,000 body will produce a crappy photo and a $1,000 lens mated with a $100 body will make a great photo.
I had baseball magazine covers with a 2.7 megapixel Nikon D1H back in the early 2000s. The key was that I was using $3,500 Nikon 300mm F2.8 lens
That camera is worth about $200 now. That same lens is still over $3,000
