popping toes/ slight upper knee pop

anybody else ride and then feel the need to pop your toes after riding? my toes are always fatigued feeling, and its very annoying. Swapping to clip in shoes fixed some of the feet soreness, but its still there.

also have had a slight pop on my left knee. It is at the top of the knee, almost where the quads end, near the left side. No "real" pain, would just like both issues to be fixed

Your shoes might be too tight... Your feet expands during exercise just a smidge. If your shoes are already tight, riding prolonged amounts of time may exacerbate this issue.
Also, are you fitted for you bike? Make sure your knee is about level with the tip of your toe and doesn't extend far beyond that... don't want to rub your cartilage away now.
