Rhodiola and cordyceps dosage frequency?
Hello! I picked up some rhodiola tincture, cordyceps capsules, ginseng, and coQ10 to support my endurance exercise. My question is how often should I take these herbs. Do I have to take them daily for full effect? Or can I save them for the hard workouts? I believe caffeine and ginseng can be of immediate benefit. But I'm have trouble finding if cordyceps and Rhodiola needs a "loading phase". Thank you!
