Reliable Cycling Computer Under $80?

Hi,
I'm seeking a cycling computer that shows cadence, has good battery life, works in all weather, and will survive many years of commuting without mechanical breakdown. I see a number of models under $80 on amazon but many get harsh reviews for reliability. In my own case, I used to have a Cateye Strada (I think) but it wouldn't work in cold weather. Any recommendations?
