I'm from FLATLAND SW FL. and have the Six Gap Century this Sunday, CycleNorthGeorgia.com Home of the Six Gap Century. More climbing in the first mile than a 100 miler here at home. :D The sag stops are great but I will be adding pickle juice from a jar of Mt. Olive Kosher Dill Spears with Sea Salt to one of my water bottles since that helps me out. Could buy HOTSHOT but pickle juice does it for me. My 66yo legs need a little extra help now-a-days.

Yes, I'm aware of the product. Expensive. The theory is correct. I bought a small bottle of lime juice to put in a Hammer flask for my next tough ride. Pickle juice would probably work as well. So far I've only used Tums for cramping, which works quite well. Haven't tried the juice thing during a ride yet, but I will next summer.
