Leg Weight Workouts and benefit to cycling
I know i read this many times and asked in the past. I like to ask you all. Would doing a regular procedure of at least weights on legs. e.g. leg press, hamstrings, etc
have benefit to my cycling?
Also how can i incorporate leg workout when i am on the bike all the time. as i race in winter as well on fat bike. feel i like to increase my power etc.
Would leg weights do have benefit and suggestions on how to incorporate the schedule in?

The answer is that it depends on what you do and how you do it.

Besides that, there are studies:

https://www.hokksund-rehab.no/filarki...ES_CYCLING.pdf
Which studies don't mean that what worked for the study subjects will work for you, or that what the study subjects did was the best thing they could have done. Still, the results are quite positive.
