Circe de Soleil Workouts
 

While poking around on You Tube and watching Circe de Soleil videos, I saw some of their workouts. There were a number of them and I watched a few. Nothing really new but based on the level of athleticism of their performances, they are dedicated to staying in shape and much of their exercises can be done at home.
