Power meters don't lie. I have a bigger match book, in spite of a reduced training volume. Can burn another match sooner.

I have been lurking on this thread for a while. Is GNC creatine a good deal? I have been taking quite a while to recover after lifting, so I think I will give it a try.

I'm trying the Six Star X3 creatine. It was on sale at CVS for a bottle of 75 tablets. Darned things are hard to swallow. I'm starting with three a day. We'll see how it goes. I'm not doing any weight lifting, just toning exercises and cycling. But after a few months of gains in strength and stamina over the summer I began feeling run down over the autumn, so it can't hurt.

This is what I'm using. I get a discount for subscribing (new bottle every three months).

I buy a 1200g can of Optimum Nutrition powder about once a year for $30.
