Knee pain and the trainer

Who else has experienced this? Pain on the inside of my right knee and some general pain in my left knee. Never had any knee pain before I got my trainer in December. Should I get my fit looked at? Any stretches I can do? Should I construct some kind of rocker plate to allow for movement of the trainer? Trainer is a wahoo kickr

I never have. OTOH I ride rollers, not a trainer so not an issue for me. I doubt having someone look at your knee will help. If you're riding your regular bike on the trainer, shouldn't be a fit issue.
Stretches which have helped my knee issues: IT Band pain (during ride)
I've recently added Couch Stretches and Lunge Stretches (youtube 'em).

My guess is that the stretches will fix it in a week or two.

Where is the pain?

Knee pain is on the inside of both knees. I guess that would be the MCL on both sides. I am going to get another fit to my bike soon.

Depending on the exact location, could also be (and more likely is) pes anserine bursitis, which yields very well to stretching, esp. hamstring stretches.
