Nashbar is having a sale on these training videos. With the 20% coupon,
it's the best price I've seen. Next winter I wll be training pretty hard.
I want to work on LT and climbing, but I am mostly looking at the Spinervals Fitness series, and not so much the brutal Competition series.
I don't kow a thing about the Train Right videos.

Any opinions? I will have a computer that estimates watts on the trainer, of that makes a difference.
