Hows the Sigma hrms?

Looking into getting maybe the sigma pc-15. Initially wanted to get one of the cheaper models but (pc-800, pc1600) but they didn't have the functions I wanted and the watch didn't really look that cool.

Sigma says the pc-15 is supposed to replace the aforementioned models as well. Sigma users have any comments?

Bad experience with mine, thing shorted out on the first rain storm, started to work again after a week then died in the middle of a time trial. Plus it seems to take readings slower than the Polar's I've used (A5 and S520).
