3x/week training
hey, i'm a newbie to road biking. i previously dabbled in mountain biking, but have made the switch. right now i'm riding 3/week, averaging 25miles per ride at around 18-20mph and 155-160bpm (80% of mhr). my question is this...if i can ride 3/week (with a possible 4th some weeks), how should i split up my rides? keep in mind that i'm not planning on racing until next year, and i also participate in grappling/submission fighting (which utilizes different energy systems than cycling), so can't commit 100% of my training to the cycling. Thanx
