Just guessing since I don't use Stava any more, but look in your profile settings on Strava and see if you have some ridiculously high FTP recorded.
Not sure if you are saying you see the same thing on Garmin Connect or just that GC is what sends your data to Strava. However you should have an account on Garmin Connects website that you can compare the power data with Strava.
