Turbo Training

As the nights start to draw in......

I was just looking for some words os wisdom and advice about using and buying a turbo trainer..

one thing I was wondering... about the ones that are connected to your bike via the rear axle, is there any problem with wear on the rear axle or bike frame... how stable is this design... and anything else anybody has to say on the subject of turbo trainers.

Thanks

Steve
