Its funny how much more you tend to push your self when you have a comp staring at you. I hit a high of 158 cadence and avarage of 86. Hit a top speed of 30 mph avarage of 15 (avg sucks mostly do to number of stops etc but sucks none the less.) My goal for the season get to and maintain a 18mph avarage and get my avg cadence up to around 90. Cadence should be fairly easy mph a bit harder.

Also any one here familiar with open office? Im trying to get a graph to show new data entered in to collums rows etc automatically. Its not working so well though it wont auto add the graph bar.
