The Earth Balance margarine I found (no hydrogenated oils) isn't exactly light on the fat or calories. It has the same calories in one TBSP as regular butter, only it is non-dairy and it has less saturated fat. It's for a pumpkin pie I'm makin tomorrow along with Stevia Plus as a sweetner. I'll let you guys know how it tastes.

Yes, unfortunatly they dont sell the kashi bars, but they do sell cliff bars.

Im in Canada, and a lot of the products dont seem to be available in both countries. Kashi cereal, no problem. Kashi bars, no luck.

Quaker Oats has a new instant oatmeal also, with less sugar and more fibre, labeled as heart healthy oatmeal, 2 flavours, blah blah blah. I've been looking and cant find anywhere, wanted to at least try it since i have oatmeal every morning.
