So my back starts to go out.
I can tell, cause looking in the mirror i cant stand straight, im curved. Feels like im walking in circles

But as with many things in life, i have no time. So its almost 2 weeks before i can get time to see my chiropractor. Same one ive seen for 23 years, always happy with his results.

By time i get there, im feeling fine, seem to stand straight, etc.
He does an adjustment.
I leave feeling in pain again.....I figure its muscles straining from no longer a status quo now that my spine is straight instead of bent.
Go back 2 days later, tell him i have what feels like a knot by my right kidney.
He does some mojo black magic....
I leave and 2 days later i got a knot near my left kidney.

I feel like hes playing ping pong with this knot and my spine.

I think im going to just stay as is, heal over time, and try LOTS of stretching and back strengthening exercises.

Speaking of which, whats best stretching and strength buildign for lower back ?
only ones i know of and do now (from danno post i think)

-legs together and out front, lower down till belly then chest on legs
-splits and lower chest to floor
-crunches (i do cycling kind, knee to opposite elbow)
