Does the body burn the same amount of calories at 160 beats no mater what the activity is? In other words.....If I get my heart to 160bpm on a cardio machine or if I obtain a 160bpm climbing a huge hill, am I burning the same calories per minute with either activity? Are there any other factors in Calorie burn besides heart rate or am I totaly barking up the wrong tree here?
