Training w/ heartrate monitor books?

Does anyone have any suggestions for a good book on training with heart rate monitors? I just got one and want a good resource for setting up my program.

Get Sally Edward's books:
1) The Heart Rate Monitor Book

2) The Heart Rate Monitor Book for Outdoor and Indoor Cyclists

If you know little to nothing about hrm's, start with the first book. If you know a lot, you can skip the first and go to the second book and get the workouts and a deeper explanation about heart rate training and how to put together training schedules with your hrm.
