Doesnt the following marketing terms just sound too good to be true to anyone else? I havent even looked at the referenced diet site yet, but I bet they sell a book and other stuff :)

-Imagine a diet in which you can consume 3000kcal a day and still lose weight without excessive perspiration

-Conceive of a diet in which you can treat yourself to an occasional portion of chips, a glass of wine, and a bowl of ice cream and still shed over 4lbs of fat a week.

I looked at their site and it looks fairly sound to me. They actually incorporate exercise as an integral part of the plan.

That gives me an idea for my fad diet. Lose weight eating your own poop. I just need to figure a way to cash in, maybe a strainer for the toilet and a special "protien" shake to mix it with.

Try the Oreck Diet. You'll end up weighing 8 pounds. Be careful though. The Oreck Diet really sucks.

Hey, I've lost 70lbs in the last 14-months eating mainly desserts. I should write a recipe book called, "Danno's Dessert Diet" :) Here's what we had last night:
