Training for TT on Sunday
Hi
I'm doing a 30km time trial on Sunday, and am wondering how I should train in the next days, if I should train at all. I usually ride around 250km per week in various exercises.
Here is my training this week so far
Monday: 25 short sprints followed by 30min of hard ride
Wednesday: 100km (3 hours) hard solo ride
Should I do some short interval training, "slow" long ride or something else. What would you recommend?

At this point it is too late to do any "training" for an event this weekend. You need to taper your rides and don't do anything else strenuous before Sunday. Keep the rest of the rides this week under control – nice recovery rides. No more hard rides.
I would recommend an off day on Friday and a nice easy spin on Saturday to keep the legs fresh.
Good luck on Sunday.
