Tracking What I Eat
Some of you may have seen my posts on increasing my protein intake, but after looking at other threads it got me wondering what I eat on a daily basis. So the best way to improve eating habits is to track them and write them down. I am going to keep a 'normal' eating pattern for myself and track calories, total fat, carbs, and protein. After I get a week or two worth of data I will post it for self improvement. Can you think of any other things you would track?

You should also weigh or measure your food. You would be surprised at real portion sizes.

grilled cheesus
fitday all the way. using it since Jan and have dropped from 236 to 180 lbs. Tracking what I eat makes me think twice about what I eat. I have controlled my portioin sizes big time. Basically keep the output more the in the input and you will lose pounds. later.

I still like SparkPeople.com better. Their nutritional value database seems more complete to me.
