Req Info on Inertial/Centrifugal Force Trainer

I noticed a new model Travel Trac Trainer on PerfBike that apparently uses a centrifugal clutch resistance device. Does anyone know how well it would work and noise level. I think that Blackburn has a similar model. I'd like to find one that's a bit quieter than my mag unit and hear too much about fluid trainers leaking. Thanks!
