Cadence w/MTB on Trainer
I'm using my mountian bike on a trainer while watching Spinervals. Is my cadence supposed to be the same as those who ride the road bikes? If not, how much difference should there be?

I don't see why it should be any different. It will be easier to do a fast cadence on a mountain bike due to the low gearing, but that isn't really an issue on a trainer.

Maybe my computer isn't accurate because I seem to be spinning much faster than the video, however, my cadence reading is much lower.
