Polar CS100b

I recently bought a Sigma Sport BC1606L wired computer for my new bike (which I haven't installed yet). And then I saw Polar CS100b on sale for 70 bucks. Does anyone want to comment on the polar unit? I might consider returning the sigma sport unit and ordering the polar.

Ive used the cs200 which i think is the same just w/ heart rate and cadence. its nice works perfectly and i think you can buy the heart rate and cadence later on if you want it, super simple to use.

Wait, I thought HRM was included on CS100b. If its just the computer, then its not really worth the money.
