Strangest bike-related "injury" yet...
After a ride today, I noticed a small bruise about a third of the way from my wrist to my elbow, on the inside of my left forearm.
Took me a few seconds to figure it out - came from the arm hitting the curve of the handlebar while standing and pedalling!
If I stand too tall in that position, my arms become too straight to hold onto the drops without hitting the bar with my arm.
I've noticed hitting it before, but I've never had a bruise as the result of it. However, I did stand up a lot during today's ride...

You should invest in some traditional bend bars, they typically alot more room for forearms. Actually a pretty common problem.
