Looking for a Training Log? Anybody?

I am looking for a simple training log I can print out so that I can write down my daily rides, time/distance/etc.. Does anybody know a website to get one from?

you want a paper copy?? try you local Borders or Barnes and Noble as they have several options for training logs. for internet based logs the best free one for just riding is Bikejournal.com and the best all around training log for multiple sports is Buckeyeoutdoors.com (see sig). later.

I found this one a while back and it's been working out great. whatever you type in under activity get filed and graphed appropriately on the next page. I have since modified mine to suit the activities that I do to get/stay in shape, and it's not that difficult to do.

Hope this is kinda what you're looking for.

Evan.

I prefer a hard copy journal so that I can write down my log immediately after my ride. I tried making my own, but in the end went with Joe Friel's Training Diary, available on Amazon.com. Click here I really dig it and you can browse it at Amazon as well.

You can download a free, fully function 30-day trial version of my CycliStats program. It's easy and quick to use, and tracks personal health stats, bike maintenance, seasonal goals, etc. in addition to the basic logging functions (distance, time, bike, route, calories burned, heart rate, elevation gain, etc.).

I like this one. It's easy to personalize and you get a hard copy.

I made an excel spreadsheet that does almost everything that Cylistats does. Learned a few Excel tricks along the way...

DIY FTW!
