Anyone use bicycling.com's training program?

Several years ago I used to have a personal cycling coach and found it extremely beneficial in keeping me motivated and on course for my goals. After a couple of bad seasons (broken elbow, knee problems) I finally had a decent year last year and am looking to expand on last year by doing more centuries and riding more. I looked over bicycling.com's personal training program and it seems to offer quite a bit for the value.

Has anyone used this service? Any other online options I might consider? I like the idea of getting a nutrition plan in addition to a cycling plan.

Bri, checkout www.cyclo-core.com. This guy offers a great selection of programs that really work: off-season, in-season training programs, hills, century training, etc. He also has a nutrition program. I've used his off and in-season (advanced), zen and speed programs for two seasons now and it has made a huge difference. I don't race but I ride with a group who does and now I only get dropped when they decide to push it over 25mph for the duration... Check it out, this stuff works.

cycle-core, cts and trainingpeaks.com mixed accordingly to time of year.

cycle-core off season. cts for some intervals. tp for scheduling.
