Heat Stress
I'm pretty sure I got heat stressed on Saturdays ride and I am been feeling like crap since. I figured Sunday would be a bad day, but it's now Tuesday and I am still feeling weak and low energy. Has anyone had this and how long to really recover?

The key is immediate replenishment - if you "let it go" for an entire day after the ride - you're screwed.
Everyone reloads at different paces - depends on you, not anyone else.....
