Help!
OK. Heres the situation. I'm young (Teenager) and I weigh about 92lbs. I'm pretty much outta shape and not afraid to admit it. I have a Trek 4500 '04 on layaway as of now. It's gonna be approximately 2 months to get it and I wanna get into shape so I can at least keep up with my friend. So anyone got any idea's on what to eat,how to exercise,stretching,anything useful healthwise.
And how to pull wheelys i think im ******** I cant do it. |
