12hr training help please!
Ok well im doing a 12hr race in febuary and im doing it solo like last time. I placed 12th with no training and it was my first race. I want to know how to train for it so i can possibly break top 5. Any help would be appreciated

Mountain biking? For me, the best thing is figuring out nutrition and just doing continuous laps. The winners I have seen have always done the majority of the work up front and then rested (depending on position).
