training question
I wanted a way of tracking my training progress.But before i pay for the service i wanted to know if anyone else used cyclistat software or something else they prefer.Is the software worth the price or would you purchase something else.How easy is the software to use.

Throw the stick!!!!
I just use a simple excel spreadsheet that I made up for most things. However, I do use Cycling Peaks as well, it is very beneficial if you are training with power. CyclingPeaks is also a pretty cool site to use.

I use the excel format through google documents so I can update my file wherever I may be.
