I need a cheap hrm to use to take my resting hr in the morning, any suggestions?

Costco has a really nice cheap one right now here in Honolulu.

How cheap?

I've seen them on sale at Nashbar for $25-35 or so. You could also try a site like www.sierratradingpost.com.

Maybe Walmart or Costco is cheaper if they have them in your area.
