Poi? Is it purple? What does it taste like? I sometimes crave starchy food after a ride and my favourite is roasted yams.

Other days I crave steak, cake, pizza, lasagna, big bowl of Go Lean Crunch cereal with yogurt, sometimes chips and guacamole.

Mostly I don't feed my cravings because they got me into trouble in the first place, so I con my cravings with fruit or a salad. Yep, my craving must be an idiot to fall for the old "have a banana, we'll have eat cake really soon!" trick.
